    Opening Concert -Chia-Yi Wind Orchestra, Chiayi City feat. Stefan Stanciu

    Chia Yi Wind Orchestra was established in 1994 with the purpose of promoting local music, deepening wind music education and helping to promote music activities. The members are young people who come from various local workplaces and devote themselves to this big wind band family for their common interests. In the past 29 years, the show has performed more than 400 times, covering locations all over the country. It has also been invited to perform in Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, the Philippines, South Korea and Japan many times.

    Stefan Stanciu is a world-renowned Finnish pan flutist and composer, majoring in pan flute and oboe. He started playing the pan flute at the age of seven, published his first album at the age of eight, and has released 10 albums covering different musical genres.

    Takigawa Daini High School Wind Orchestra & Marching Band holds an on-campus concert regularly every year. It actively participates in national wind music conferences and various competitions and has won gold medals. It often attends domestic and foreign music performances. Members are encouraged to always take "Cherish the Heart of Gratitude" as their motto, actively face every activity and performance, and complete it with the greatest enthusiasm.

    The Symphonic Band of Narashino High School in Japan is a public high school programming team with a 60-year history. It has won gold medals in wind music competitions across Japan many times. The Band has traveled overseas many times and performed in the United States, New Zealand, Hong Kong and other countries. In 2018, the band was invited to participate in the Chiayi City International Wind Band Festival, and received widespread acclaim.

    The Wind Band of Kanto Gakuin High School in Japan has participated in national competitions 42 times and has won the first place in Japan 6 times. Served as the opening performance team for the 2019 World Cup Rugby. She once performed with the singer "Yuzu" in Japan's NHK Red and White Singing Competition. The performance styles are diverse, including traditional Japanese drumming, jazz, and pop music.

    Oarai High School is a very small high school with only 180 students, including 81 members of the wind band. Our school gathers students from all over Japan who love wind music. There is a music tutorial in the general curriculum, and all music course students belong to the wind club.

    National Taiwan Normal University Symphonic Band, Taipei City

    National Taiwan Normal University Symphonic Band was established in 1950 and is currently composed of students from the Music Department and music experts from various departments. At the beginning of its establishment, the main task was to perform the ceremonial music for important ceremonies of the school. After ten years of hard work, not only the establishment of various musical instruments was expanded, but the quality and quantity of the team members were also relatively improved. In 1969, the 23rd school celebration was held for the first time. A concert laid the foundation and direction for future performances.

    Ending Concert- National ChiaYi University Department of Music Wind Orchestra, Chiayi City feat. Hikari Koga & Jun Miyanishi

    It was originally the Wind Ensemble of the Music Education Department of Chiayi Normal University. After being restructured into the National Chiayi University in 2000, under the active promotion of previous conductors, current conductor Mr. Lin Shiwei, and Vice President Liu Rongyi, it has been continuously invited to participate in the World Annual Conference of Wind Music and the Chiayi City International Wind Music Festival from 2007 to 2018. concert, and was invited to perform at the Hong Kong Disney Orchestra in 2014.

    Koga Hikaru graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts and served as trombonist and principal trombonist of Kyushu Symphony Orchestra and Yomiuri Japan Symphony Orchestra. He is currently the principal trombonist of NHK Symphony Orchestra.

    Jun Miyanishi started learning the euphonium at the age of 14. At the age of 15, he won the first place in the Chiba Prefecture Solo Competition for three consecutive years, and also won the first place in the H. Philips Solo Competition. He is currently the principal euphonium of the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra.
